Job Description
Talabat is seeking dedicated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Al Barsha, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable employment with comprehensive support, including visa sponsorship and accommodation. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Talabat, ensuring timely and safe delivery of food and other orders to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, groceries, and other items to customers across assigned areas in Dubai.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Ensure timely deliveries, managing routes effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of your delivery vehicle/motorcycle.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and potential issues.
- Provide accurate feedback on customer locations and delivery challenges.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE motorcycle or light vehicle driving license.
- Proficient knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation apps.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to speak basic English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver in the UAE.
- Familiarity with the Al Barsha area and surrounding districts.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog).
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
