Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. As a Talabat Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our service, responsible for promptly and safely delivering food and groceries to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers' specified locations within Abu Dhabi.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during deliveries.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, keeping customer satisfaction a top priority.
- Communicate effectively with customers, restaurants/stores, and the dispatch team.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as required.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle or motorcycle)
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and routes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-centric attitude with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to use GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Experience with online delivery platforms
- Familiarity with various types of payment methods
