Job Description
Join RBC as a Remote Data Entry Clerk and become an integral part of our operations team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical information. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a leading financial institution. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining various types of data into our systems, supporting multiple departments across the bank. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting alphanumeric data from various source documents into designated computer systems and databases.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Performing regular data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all data handled.
- Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet established deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or issues.
- Adhering to company policies and data entry procedures.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
