Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our administrative team in Kwai Tsing, Hong Kong. This is a full-time, hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home three days a week, offering a balance between office collaboration and remote productivity. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and managing various types of data into our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting a high volume of data from various sources into company databases and systems.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency.
- Adhering to data confidentiality policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data entry software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
