Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. This role is open for visa sponsorship for exceptional international candidates. The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting various departments in making data-driven decisions. You will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, product development, and overall business strategy through robust data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
