Job Description

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely 3 days a week, with 2 days on-site for collaborative projects and hands-on learning. As a Trainee, you will gain practical experience in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, supporting various business units across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets from various sources.
- Conduct initial data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with senior data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support the optimization of data processes and workflows.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance data analysis skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, functions).
- Familiarity with at least one data analysis tool/language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of database management systems.
- Experience with machine learning concepts or predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
