Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Hamburg.   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) or willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
