Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition into using HubSpot's platform.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and help them achieve success with HubSpot's tools.
- Provide timely and effective support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Educate customers on new features, best practices, and resources to maximize their use of HubSpot.
- Identify opportunities for customer expansion and escalate potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities to sales teams.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
