Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team as an Entry-Level Customer Success Representative. In this hybrid role based in Munich, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Google’s valued clients, helping them maximize their use of our products and services. You will onboard new users, provide training, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial product setup and adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and new updates through various channels.
- Monitor customer health, proactively identify at-risk accounts, and work to resolve potential issues.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal product development teams to drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Google products and services.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to help others.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain complex concepts simply.

- Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment in Munich.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience (even in internships or part-time roles).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, digital advertising, or software as a service (SaaS) principles.
