Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in customer success and technology. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Zendesk products. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with account management tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and preparing client meeting materials.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively flag potential risks or opportunities to CSMs.
  • Help onboard new customers by coordinating resources and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, product usage, and satisfaction.
  • Support the creation of customer success plans and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Support, Sales, Product) to resolve customer issues and improve their experience.
  • Stay informed about Zendesk product updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, even if not directly in customer success.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk products and services.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team setting.
