Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources or team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Help onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition into using HubSpot tools.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product) to resolve customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving our service offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
