Job Description
Join Amway as a Customer Service Representative in our Grand Rapids office, where you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support to our Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and customers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home 3 days a week, with 2 days on-site to foster team collaboration and professional development. You will be the primary point of contact, resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless experience for all who interact with Amway.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding Amway products, services, and business opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Educate customers on self-service options and online resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company standards for quality, productivity, and customer experience.
