Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent English communication skills? Majorel is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant team in Hamburg, Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or further your career in a dynamic international environment, serving global clients. No German language skills are required for this role, as all interactions will be in English. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
