Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing outstanding support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, ranging from general questions and technical assistance to complaint resolution, across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers through resolution steps.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and self-study.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Experience in technical support or troubleshooting consumer electronics/software.
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification, including English and Maths.
