Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within Kaura Namoda, Zamfara. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Jumia’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the team lead for urgent resolution.
