Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Agents. This role offers comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide outstanding support to our customers. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, changes, and resolving travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities
