Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Advisor. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support for our range of connectivity services. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions that enhance their overall experience with Shaw. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues related to internet, TV, and phone services.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding products, services, and billing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and offer additional services where appropriate.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
