Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment? Vodafone is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hamburg. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to our mobile, broadband, and TV services. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding service activation, billing, technical support, and general information.
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
- Educate customers on Vodafone products, services, and promotions, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or telecommunications environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vodafone products and services.
- Knowledge of mobile and broadband technologies.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Turkish, Polish, Arabic).
