Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new Telstra customers, guiding them through the initial stages of their service setup and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You will provide comprehensive support, answer questions, and proactively address any potential issues, setting the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and welcome new customers to Telstra services.
- Guide customers through the initial setup process for various products and services (e.g., internet, mobile, streaming).
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding service features, billing, and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot common onboarding issues and escalate complex problems to relevant technical teams.
- Educate customers on self-service tools and resources available to them.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
