Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to our wide range of telecommunication services. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while being an integral part of our national team. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service-related problems.
  • Provide accurate information about Bell products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is essential for Quebec region).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
