Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Criminal Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Security team in Miami, Florida. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence related to criminal activities that may impact the company’s operations, assets, and personnel. You will work within a dynamic environment, leveraging various data sources and analytical tools to identify patterns, predict threats, and provide actionable intelligence to security leadership and relevant stakeholders. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis on criminal organizations, individuals, and emerging threats.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies indicative of criminal activity.
• Prepare comprehensive intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for various audiences, including senior leadership and law enforcement.
• Collaborate with internal security teams, fraud prevention units, and external law enforcement agencies.
• Monitor geopolitical events and regional crime trends impacting company operations in the assigned area.
• Utilize specialized intelligence software and databases to support investigations and analysis.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding intelligence collection and dissemination.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, law enforcement, or national security.
• Proven ability to conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with intelligence analysis methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in intelligence analysis (e.g., GIAC GCIH, CCIP).
• Experience with link analysis software (e.g., i2 Analyst's Notebook, Palantir).
• Knowledge of financial crime, fraud typologies, and cybercrime threats.
• Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages.
• Experience working with law enforcement or government agencies.
