Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Content Safety Agent. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from Savannah, Georgia. In this vital role, you will be on the front lines of maintaining a safe and positive environment across Meta’s platforms. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in technology and online content moderation, regardless of prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with Meta’s community standards and content policies.
- Accurately identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies, such as hate speech, misinformation, bullying, and graphic violence.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive and graphic material with maturity and resilience.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior team members or specialized teams as needed.
- Actively participate in training sessions and stay updated on evolving content policies and guidelines.
- Provide feedback on policy clarity and tooling improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Strong ethical judgment and ability to make consistent decisions based on established guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Comfort and resilience when exposed to sensitive, graphic, or offensive content.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with web browsers and online tools.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection and a private workspace suitable for remote work.

- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and internet culture.
