Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated and physically capable Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to major construction projects in one of the world’s most vibrant cities. The role involves performing various physical tasks on construction sites, supporting skilled trades, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians) with tasks as needed.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and fill excavations as instructed.
- Remove hazardous materials and waste from sites in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Follow all company and site-specific safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety.
