Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is a critical role for individuals who are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining high safety standards on construction sites. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor on construction sites as directed by supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
- Assist in the preparation and clearing of construction sites, including digging trenches, shoveling, and leveling ground.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment, and distribute them to appropriate locations on site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with various tasks.
- Dispose of waste and debris responsibly according to site regulations.
