Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated and physically fit Construction Laborers to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the construction industry. We are pleased to offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) on various tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, clearing obstacles, and setting up tools.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and fill excavations.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and other site components.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
