Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated and physically capable Construction Laborers to join our project teams in Sharjah, UAE. This is a critical role that supports various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) as required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and organization on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
