Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated and physically fit Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a vital role supporting various construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. We offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction sites.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with their tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to grade specifications.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and other temporary structures.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills
- Physical strength and stamina for demanding tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) as a construction laborer or in a similar physically demanding role.
