Job Description
We are urgently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to join our rapidly expanding team in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the construction industry, with visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, with various tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and into designated areas.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on the construction site.
- Transport materials and equipment using wheelbarrows or other non-motorized vehicles.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance tasks as required.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of concrete pouring operations.

- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
