Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, bricklayers, electricians) with various tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite, including sweeping, tidying, and waste removal.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision, adhering strictly to safety guidelines.
- Perform basic site preparation and clean-up duties as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies diligently.
- Support site logistics, including moving barriers, setting up temporary fencing, and assisting with traffic management where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project operations.
