Key Responsibilities

• Direct traffic safely around active construction sites using flags, signs, and hand signals.
• Communicate effectively with other flaggers, construction workers, and supervisors.
• Set up and remove temporary traffic control zones according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with drivers and pedestrians.
• Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control methods as needed to maintain smooth flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment properly.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to a supervisor immediately.
