Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Constituency Director to lead and manage our operations in the Edgbaston constituency. This pivotal role involves overseeing local campaigning efforts, managing staff and volunteers, engaging with community stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of our local party activities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of political processes and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective local campaign strategies to achieve electoral success.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and residents.
  • Oversee constituency finances, budgets, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and public outreach activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the Member of Parliament (MP) and local party members.
  • Monitor local political developments and advise on strategic responses.
