Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and banquet spaces according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, AV equipment, and decorations.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests during conferences, banquets, and other events with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained before, during, and after events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation for all food and beverage service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
