Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of GRC training and awareness initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance status, risk profiles, and audit findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC requirements into business processes and IT systems.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GRC, compliance, risk management, or internal audit role.
  • Strong understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to financial services, technology, or other regulated industries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CGRC, CRCM, CRISC, CISA).
  • Experience with GRC software solutions (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, Archer).
  • Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification.
  • Previous consulting experience or experience working with diverse client portfolios.
