Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our team in Munich. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Siemens maintains robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across its operations. You will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as developing and implementing compliance programs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal compliance frameworks accordingly.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Prepare compliance reports and presentations for various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business units to ensure alignment on GRC initiatives.
- Facilitate compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
- Manage GRC-related incidents and deviations, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing GRC tools and processes, proposing improvements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a GRC Analyst or in a similar compliance role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, NIST).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to a multinational corporation (e.g., GDPR, anti-bribery laws).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, GRCA, CRISC, CISA).
- Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, Archer).
- Proficiency in German (highly advantageous).
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the industrial, energy, or technology sectors.
