Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic Enterprise Risk team in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assessment, design, and implementation of GRC programs and frameworks for clients.
- Support the development and review of internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in GRC.
- Analyze client processes and data to identify compliance gaps and risk exposures.
- Prepare reports and presentations on GRC findings and recommendations for client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams to deliver high-quality GRC solutions.
- Participate in client workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte's GRC methodologies and offerings.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, GRCP, CRISC, CISA).
- Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream).
