Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. This role is crucial for ensuring our operations and client engagements adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management. This position offers visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive GRC assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and risks.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to ensure ongoing adherence to laws, standards, and internal controls (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and controls across various business functions.
• Perform risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and control effectiveness testing.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports, risk matrices, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Legal, Operations) and external auditors to support compliance initiatives and investigations.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of GRC tools and technologies to enhance compliance programs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GRC, compliance, risk management, or audit role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT).
• Proven experience with various regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and control implementation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using GRC software and tools for tracking and reporting.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, or PMP.
• Experience with specific GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or MetricStream.
• Master's degree or advanced certification in a related discipline.
• Experience working in a large consulting firm or financial institution.
