Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC policies, procedures, and frameworks.

• Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes and assess their impact on the firm's operations.
• Support the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with various business units to embed GRC principles into daily operations.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and risk management initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on GRC-related matters and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a GRC, compliance, risk management, or audit role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the professional services or financial sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in GRC software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
