Job Description

Deloitte is seeking a driven and meticulous Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our esteemed Risk Advisory team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and control evaluations, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across various sectors.
• Support client engagements by researching regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status, risk exposure, and control effectiveness for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC considerations into business processes and technology solutions.
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of compliance issues and incidents.
• Stay updated on emerging regulatory changes and industry trends impacting GRC.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance, risk management, internal audit, or GRC role.
• Strong understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRISC, CGEIT, GRCP).
• Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream).
• Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, FCA regulations, SOX, PCI DSS).
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience within a consulting firm or financial services industry.
