Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of GRC technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer).
- Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing analytical support and insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a GRC, compliance, risk management, or internal audit role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRISC, CISA, GRCP).
- Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream).
- Familiarity with UK regulatory bodies and compliance standards.
