Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of GRC technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer).
• Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing analytical support and insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a GRC, compliance, risk management, or internal audit role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRISC, CISA, GRCP).
• Experience with GRC software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream).
• Familiarity with UK regulatory bodies and compliance standards.
• Previous experience working in a consulting environment or financial services sector.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
