Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Client Success Coordinator to join our fully remote team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the long-term success of our partnerships. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure optimal utilization of our services and products.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, escalating issues to relevant teams as needed for prompt resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and technical support to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition from sales.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • High degree of empathy and a client-centric mindset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CX industry trends and best practices.
  • Project management experience or certification.
