Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Client Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial part in shaping our customers’ perception of Revolut, ensuring a positive and seamless experience with every interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via chat, email, and occasionally phone, addressing inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and product features.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through solutions.
  • Educate customers on Revolut's products and services, ensuring they fully leverage our offerings.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving our products and support processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
