Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in facilities management, as no prior experience is required – full training will be provided. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various sites, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your supervisor.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards and schedules.
