Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our growing team in Portland, Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal disorders, emphasizing a holistic approach to patient health and wellness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging review.
- Diagnose neuromusculoskeletal conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and other manual therapies.
- Provide patients with lifestyle advice, exercises, and nutritional guidance to support recovery and long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within MaineHealth to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and preventative health measures.

Required Skills
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted chiropractic license in Maine (or eligibility for licensure).
- Proven clinical experience in various chiropractic techniques.
- Excellent diagnostic and patient assessment skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
