Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Carmel, Indiana. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging interpretation.
• Develop and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Perform spinal adjustments and other manual therapies to correct musculoskeletal imbalances and improve nervous system function.
• Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle choices to promote long-term health and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within IU Health to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in chiropractic care.

Required Skills

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for licensure or active chiropractic license in the State of Indiana.
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
• Understanding of and commitment to visa sponsorship requirements and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Chiropractor.
• Proficiency with various chiropractic adjustment techniques (e.g., Diversified, Activator, Gonstead).
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized chiropractic fields.
