Job Description

Dow Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented Chemical Engineer to join our innovative team in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and equipment.
  • Conduct experiments and pilot plant studies to evaluate process parameters and product performance.
  • Analyze process data, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and EHS.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the scale-up of new products and technologies from lab to commercial production.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
