Job Description
Dow Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and talented Chemical Engineer to join our innovative team in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and equipment.
- Conduct experiments and pilot plant studies to evaluate process parameters and product performance.
- Analyze process data, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and EHS.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the scale-up of new products and technologies from lab to commercial production.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
