Job Description

Comcast is seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Manager to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our channel strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales and relationship management within the telecommunications or technology sector. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing a portfolio of channel partners to achieve sales targets and market share growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with Comcast's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling value propositions and enablement programs for partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to partners on Comcast's products, services, and sales processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Negotiate and manage partner contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Channel Manager or in a similar channel sales role (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner programs, and indirect sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel as required to partner locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
