Key Responsibilities

• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring correct change and payment processing.
• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Scan items, apply discounts, and bag purchases thoughtfully.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist guests with product questions or direct them to appropriate team members.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
• Support other store operations as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
