Job Description

Stanley Steemer is seeking a motivated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our Litchfield Park team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional cleaning services, operating state-of-the-art equipment, and ensuring every customer’s home or business is left spotless and refreshed. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Stanley Steemer's cleaning equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform professional carpet, upholstery, tile, and other floor cleaning services according to company standards.
- Inspect job sites, identify customer needs, and explain the cleaning process and expected results.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling and paperwork accurately.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Stanley Steemer with professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and minor troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related service industry.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with the Litchfield Park and surrounding Phoenix metro area.
