Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join MTN Nigeria as a Remote Call Center Representative. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that includes comprehensive paid training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and accurately, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide information about MTN products, services, and promotions.
