Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in English. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
